Due to the
Texas Department of Insurance's P-53 ruling
that went into effect April 1st, 2004, title companies had to cease all
marketing assistance that was afforded to Real Estate agents throughout
Texas. Since this ruling has taken effect, there have been many new
businesses and departments that have appeared to fill the void left by
P-53's effect on real estate marketing.
